We had a wonderful opportunity to go to San Juan, Puerto Rico this past January to capture Brittany & Dwayne’s wedding! It was stunning and we had a wonderful time! There was so much going on, so many emotions flying around it was so hard not to capture every little thing. We tried so hard to narrow down the pictures, so please be patient; there’s a lot of them!
I had been dying to see Brittany’s dress since she first described it to me! Of course it was even more stunning in person and she looked absolutely amazing in it. We had a little different start to her bridal session, the first few moments were spent with her father when she first came out in her dress, it was a wonderful way to start off. She was radiant, comfortable and confident.
Hello all my wonderful fans and followers!
It has been crazy the past few months! Just a quick update besides the christmas holiday we have had some crazy events happen! My dad went into the hospital, my sister married the love of her life, we went to San Juan, Puerto Rico to shoot a beautiful wedding, we celebrated our 2 yr anniversary, we shot a wedding at the Rainbow Lodge, and we have shot engagements in the Theater District!
I hope you are ready to see everything! I apologize that I have not shared any of these events with you yet but I will be this week! Hope you are looking forward to the many much needed updates that are coming up!

I have been dying to shoot at The Bell Tower on 34th and I finally got the chance to with not just a bride but with my sister! She was stunning and wonderful to work with! Jordan and Erin tied the knot on January 4th at the First United Methodist Church followed by their beautiful reception at the Marriott in Sugar Land Town Center! I am so happy to finally be able to share her bridals with y’all!
Y’all may remember this wonderful couple from a few years ago when this blog started, they helped me with a few mock shoots to get going, well now it is official! They are getting married this January 4, 2014! My little sister will be a wife! It has been a long road for them but I count them among the lucky ones because they have been together since her senior year of high school or so and they have worked a lot of things out that a lot of other couples do not get the chance to do until they marry. We wanted to do something completely different from their original shoot, and what better way to do that but go down to Kemah Boardwalk in November! As always Jordan and Erin were amazing to work with! Their chemistry and interaction with each other was so genuine and even the photographers in Kemah wanted to get in on the photographic opportunities! In roughly 3 weeks my sister will be married and I couldn’t be more happy for her and my soon to be brother in law! Congrats you two!
Amazing how time flies when you are having fun and so in love! Lorin & Frank married 7 months after my wonderful husband and I did, and they are still so in love. We had a wonderful time in Kemah celebrating not only their one year anniversary but my husbands birthday as well. We are so happy that we could be apart of their wonderful weekend. Of course working with them is nothing short of amazing, they take so much careful thought about where they want to do each shoot we have, and they never think of anything that isn’t memorable for them.
We had a blast working with Rio on her senior portraits. We were thrilled when she told us she wanted to double her shoots as her modeling portfolio as well, we have so many ideas that we have to split her shoot up into several sessions. It was so hard to be patient, we were so excited for her shoot, and we were rained out twice! We finally made it down to the warehouse district, and the weather was beautiful, the sky was blue, and Rio was gorgeous as always! Anyway, here are a few sneak peeks from this first shoot, hope you enjoy them!
We have been looking forward to Christa and Zach’s wedding day since she first booked with us! Then when we shot their engagements we were just completely in love with this couple! They were completely captivated with each other, and it was not hard to see why they loved each other. As the days went on we stayed in contact with each other and helped them along with ideas here and there. We had our bridal session rained out, which will be rescheduled, but even with the hiccups we just kept getting more and more excited! Their wedding was nothing short of beautiful, there was laughter and tears, and two people binding themselves together forever. I can not imagine a more wonderful couple than these two! We wish them the very best and we know they will be together forever!
Congrats to Christa and Zach!
Linda & Gabriel’s wedding was so much fun! Despite the hiccups they had here and there with some venders, and places, they handled everything beautifully! Linda was calm and poised and Gabriel stayed relaxed and happy! We worked through the inconveniences and still had a wonderful time when we went to Discovery Green for their wedding party pictures! Praises to Erica Edwards for her mastery skills at hair and make-up! Linda’s hair and make-up looked just as stunning and perfect as it did when she was first finished with it, even after shooting outside for an hour. Their wedding was truly a warm and happy celebration, and you could see Linda and Gabriel get lost in each other every time they locked gazes.
Congrats and best wishes to my bride and groom Linda & Gabriel!
